Instructions: Fill your Neti Pot with lukewarm water which has been distilled or sterilized. Dissolve approximately ½ teaspoon of non-iodized salt into the distilled or sterilized water. Lean over the sink and tilt your head to one side. Gently place the spout's tip into the upper nostril. Raise the Neti Pot slowly. The saline solution will easily flow through to the opposite nostril. During the process,

make sure to breathe normally through your mouth. Relax. Avoid breathing through your nostrils. When the pot is empty, gently blow out any remaining saline solution with both nostrils open. Repeat previous steps with the other nostril. After each use, rinse the Neti-Pot with water that has been distilled or sterilized. Leave the device open to air dry completely.
