Directions

Take one daily packet, dissolve in 6 - 12 ounces of cold juice or water. Note: Stevia Leaf Extract, a Natural sweeterner may cause taste to vary. Dosage: Take one packet on am empty stomach before bed time (approximately one hour after your last meal). Occasionally, people who can't sleep at night after taken this product might elect to take this product in the morning (approximately 20 minutes before your first meal). Use for 28 days then skip 2 - 3 days, then start over for another 28-day cycle.*
